Welcome to Fastener VIP, we are an online search engine containing the Profiles of Fastener Industry professionals, (or Fastener VIPs); from all the various disciplines such as Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Manufacturing etc.
Think of us as a virtual “Shop Window” where Industry Hiring Manager, (or Fastener HMs) can register with us to enable them to search for Fastener Industry Talent completely free of charge.

1: Fastener VIPs.
- All VIP Profiles are anonymous and each one is identified by a unique Reference number only.
- To register you simply complete an online profile containing 4 sections, (only sections 2 & 3 are viewable to industry HM’s).
- It is completely free of any charge to register your profile.
- In the event that an HM indicates that they are interested in your VIP profile, we will contact you to inform you of that interest and ask if you wish to receive further information.
- At no point will your identity be revealed to an HM without your express permission.

2: Fastener HMs.
- All VIP profiles are anonymous for obvious reasons and are identified by a unique reference number only.
- There is no cost to you for registering and searching the VIP database.
- You would only be charged should you hire a Fastener VIP.
- Once you have registered your company and contact details you will receive a confirmation email, you will then be able to search the online database of Fastener VIP’s using a predetermined set of search criteria.
- If you identify a VIP profile you would like more information on, you email us with the VIP Ref # along with details of the position you are looking to fill, (including a Job brief if available).

We then contact the VIP to see if they would be interested in receiving further information about this opportunity.
If they are, we send you a standard agreement detailing upfront costs along with further information on the Fastener VIP.
